Delivering To Fiore Nursery - Helpful Hints for Semi Drivers 

Fiore Nursery and Landscape Supply has TWO delivery addresses. You should have been given the delivery site address from your dispatcher when you picked up the load.

Call/text Alex for any changes to your delivery day or time. 

Fiore Nursery - Salem Lake Site 

20433 IL Route 22

Directions: 

From I-94 exit onto Route 22 (Half Day Rd) heading west. Continue west on Route 22 approximately7.4 miles. You will pass Route 21/45, and Route 83. Watch for Salem Lake Dr on your left. SEE PHOTO. Take a left (going south) onto Salem Lake Drive. Continue south on Salem Lake Drive for about 0.3 miles. You will see the Fiore Nursery sign on the right side of the road and a driveway and gate. DO NOT GO PAST OUR SIGN - IT IS A DEAD END. Turn into the nursery and stop at the gray office trailer. 

Delivery Hours: M-F, 8AM - 2PM (2PM is last dock time) 

Overnight Parking: Permitted, if needed. You can either park on the nursery property or park on Salem Lake Drive slightly north of our gate. There are numerous restaurants in the area (east and west on Route 22). 

Access/Turn Around: Large driveway loop around entire property. 

 

Fiore Nursery - Chicago Site 

2901 West Ferdinand St 

Chicago, IL 60612

Directions: 

From I-290 take Western Ave exit. Go north on Western Ave. Left on Fulton going west. Right on Sacramento going north and keep right on Sacramento (there is a side service road 13’10” clearance). Right after bridge at Ferdinand St. 

Delivery Hours: M-F, 7AM - 2PM (2PM is last dock time) 

Overnight Parking: Permitted, if needed 

Access/Turn Around: Large driveway loop around entire property. 

 

Additional Notes: 

• For reefer unloading, we have outdoor docks on site. You will be directed to your designated dock by the Fiore yard staff. 
• No trailer wash-out on site. Our staff will sweep or blow out your trailer. 
• If you are using Fiore nursery TARPS, please leave them with the nursery staff and mark that on the BOL. 
• If you need drinking water, do not hesitate to ask.
• Porta Potties are available at each location.
• If you arrive after your scheduled dock time you may experience extra unloading delays. No detention fees will be considered if you arrived after your unload dock time. 
• Drivers are not allowed to assist in unloading for liability reasons.
